Call to Order
President James called the meeting to order at 6:06 PM and asked all to rise
for the Pledge of Allegiance.

The Clerk called the roll. A quorum was established.
Council Member Aubrey Welch arrived at 6:09 PM, Council Member Kramer
arrived at 6:12 PM, Council Member Bryant Hamilton arrived at 6:16 PM and
Council Member Peden arrived at 6:32 PM. Council Member Leet left at 7:00

Member Welch, that this Ordinance be approved.
Council Members Blackwell and Yates spoke to the item.

A motion was made by Council Member Woolridge, seconded by Council
Member Kramer, that this Ordinance be amended by adding $35,000 from
District 3.
Council Member Butler stated that, "Due to my employer being LG&E, I need
to abstain from the amendment and the actual piece of legislation."
Council Member Mulvihill stated that, "...because my wife works there (LG&E)
and the power is produced by LG&E, I will be abstaining from the amendment
and the final vote".
Although a voice vote is permissable on an amendment, in order to record the
abstensions, a roll call vote was taken. The motion to amend carried by the
following vote for a new total amount appropriated of $89,583.20:
