Council Member Butler stated that, "Due to my employer being LG&E, I need to abstain from the amendment and the actual piece of legislation." Council Member Mulvihill stated that, "...because my wife works there (LG&E) and the power is produced by LG&E, I will be abstaining from the amendment and the final vote".
