President James called the meeting to order at 4:00 PM and asked all to rise

President James introduced Mayor Greg Fischer and invited him to present his
FY 2019-2020 Budget to the Metro Council.

President James called for a motion and second to recess for 30 minutes.
A motion was made by Council Member Peden, seconded by Council Member Engel, to enter
into a recess at 4:47 PM for 30 minutes. The motion carried by a voice vote.
President James called for the meeting to resume at 5:16 PM.

Reed, that this Ordinance be amended by adding the following to 4.2.63 C. of
the Land Development Code:
"...except where the licensed property is in excess of 2 acres, in which case
the occupancy limits shall be two times the number of bedrooms, plus 6
individuals."

end of 4.2.63 D. of the Land Development Code:
