Call to Order
President James called the meeting to order at 6:11 PM and asked all to rise
for the Pledge of Allegiance.
Members Roll Call
The Clerk called the roll. A quorum was established.
Council Member Flood arrived at 6:15 P.M. and Council Member Engel arrived
at 6:18 P.M.
Without objection, President James invoke Metro Council Rule 3.03 to change
the order of business.
