(Handout) Point of Personal Privilege Council Member Green took a Point of Personal Privilege to speak about the Ordinance being passed in regards to Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) owned businesses [O-394-19]. She thanked all that worked on this legislation and her colleagues who are co-sponsors and stated that Louisville is open for business for everybody. Council Minutes 4.
