Signage shall comply with Design Guidelines and be submitted for review and approval prior to installation. 2. Final building design and materials selection to be submitted to Staff for review and approval. 3. Applicant shall try to raise the height of the building at 828 East Main Street, subject to Staff review and acceptance. 4. Applicant shall try to add to the facade (the piece covering the parking lot) to a level that would help shade it from the street and sidewalk level, subject to Staff review and acceptance.
