Roll Call Chair Person Fowler introduced the committee members and non-committee members present. A quorum was established. R-167-18 A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION TO REVIEW THE LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE REGULATIONS WITH REGARD TO THE PRESERVATION AND PLANTING OF TREES (AS AMENDED). Council Member Hollander and Jeff O'Brien, Develop Louisville, spoke to the item. A motion was made by Committee Member Peden and seconded by Committee Member Welch, that this Resolution be amended to add language at the end of Section 1 in the last sentence stating, "and to report back to Metro Council by March 1, 2019." The motion to amend carried by a voice vote. Committee Member Welch and Council Member Hamilton requested to be added as co-sponsors. The motion to recommend for approval carried by a voice vote and the amended Resolution was sent to Old Business Adjournment Without objection, Chair Person Fowler adjourned the meeting at 3:23 PM. *NOTE: Items sent to the Consent Calendar or Old Business will be heard before the full Council at the Metro Council Meeting on October 11, 2018.
