Vice Chair Coan called the meeting to order at 3:04 PM.
Roll Call
Vice Chair Coan introduced the committee members present. A quorum was
established.

A motion was made by Committee Member Stuckel, seconded by Committee
Member Peden, that this Resolution be recommended for approval.
John Carroll, Jefferson County Attorney's Office, and Kurt Mason,
Louisville/Jefferson County Environmental Trust, spoke to the item.
The motion carried by a voice vote and the Resolution was sent to the Consent
Calendar.
