The motion to amend carried by a voice vote. A motion was made by Chair Person Flood, seconded by Committee Member Winkler, that this amended Ordinance be amended as follows: - Insert the word 'separate' before the word 'notice' in Line 9 of Section 115.999(N)(1) - Insert the word 'separate' before the word 'notice' in Line 4 of Section 115.999(N)(2) The motion to amend carried by a voice vote.
