Chair Person Flood called the meeting to order at 1:31 p.m.

Member Shanklin, that this Ordinance be untabled. The motion carried without
objection.
A motion was made by Council Member Fox, seconded by Committee Member
Engel, that this Ordinance be amended by amending Binding Element #16 and
adding Binding Element #17 as shown in the attached document titled
'O-095-19 PROPOSED CAM 041619 Zoning and Form Changes at 5530-5540
Minor Lane (as amended with BEs)(3-27-19).pdf'. The motion to amend carried
by a voice vote.
A motion was made by Chair Person Flood, seconded by Committee Member
Engel, that this amended Ordinance be amended by adding Binding Element
#18 as follows:
'The developer will adhere to LRC 4.4.6 as it pertains to cemeteries and
prehistoric and ancestral burial grounds.'
The motion to amend carried by a voice vote.
