The motion to amend by substitution carried by a voice vote. A motion was made by Committee Member Winkler, seconded by Committee Member Dorsey, that this amended Ordinance be amended by: - Inserting 'in the Metro Council district, with the consultation of the Metro Council district representative,' after the word 'location' in Line 3 of Section 6.2.6.C.1.a The motion to amend carried by a voice vote. A motion was made by Committee Member Winkler, seconded by Committee Member Engel, that this amended Ordinance be tabled. The motion to table carried without objection.
