A motion was made by Chair Person Flood, seconded by Committee Member Engel, that this Ordinance be amended by changing Binding Element #6 to read, "No idling of trucks shall take place within 200' of residential uses between the hours of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. The motion to amend carried by a voice vote. A motion was made by Chair Person Flood, seconded by Committee Member Engel, that this Ordinance be amended by correcting Binding Element #11 to read "the beam" rather than "the filament". The motion to accept the technical correction carried by a voice vote. A motion was made by Chair Person Flood, seconded by Committee Member Reed, that this Ordinance be amended by changing Binding Element #14 to read "Any change of use on the premises requires a review and approval by the Louisville Metro Council". The motion to amend carried by a voice vote.
