Chair Person Flood called the meeting to order at 1:34 p.m.
Roll Call
Chair Person Flood introduced the committee members and non-committee
members present. A quorum was established.

PROPERTY LOCATED AT 6875 S. HURSTBOURNE PARKWAY CONTAINING 23.01
ACRES AND BEING IN LOUISVILLE METRO (CASE NO. 18ZONE1071)(AS
AMENDED).

A motion was made by Committee Member Winkler, seconded by Committee
Member Triplett, that this Ordinance be untabled. The motion carried without
objection.
The following spoke to the item:

- Brian Davis, Planning and Design Services, who also gave a presentation
- Travis Fiechter, Jefferson County Attorney's Office
A motion was made by Chair Person Flood, seconded by Committee Member
Triplett, that this Ordinance be amended by inserting "or temporary certificate
of occupancy" after "occupancy" in Line 4 of Binding Element #3. The motion
to amend carried by a voice vote.

A motion was made by Chair Person Flood, seconded by Committee Member
Triplett, that this Ordinance be amended by inserting Binding Element #8 as
follows:
- The R-6 portion is restricted to 199 units until connection to Downs Farm is
completed and approved by Public Works which must include the final grade
of asphalt being completed.
The motion to amend carried by a voice vote.
A motion was made by Chair Person Flood, seconded by Committee Member
Winkler, that this Ordinance be amended by inserting Binding Element #9 as
follows:
- The area designated as CN shall be prohibited from residential use and must
remain commercial neighborhood serving.
The motion to amend carried by a voice vote.
A motion was made by Chair Person Flood, seconded by Committee Member
Winkler, that this Ordinance be amended by inserting Binding Element #10 as
follows:
- The apartment community shall be capped at 304 units as approved by the
Planning Commission and as mentioned at the public hearing.
The motion to amend carried by a voice vote.
A motion was made by Chair Person Flood, seconded by Committee Member
Triplett, that this Ordinance be amended by inserting Binding Element #11 as
follows:
- Any changes in the development plan shall require a public hearing at the
Planning Commission and final approval by the Metro Council.
The motion to amend carried by a voice vote.
The following spoke to the item:

The motion to recommend for approval carried by the following vote and the
amended Ordinance was sent to Old Business:
