Chair Person Flood called the meeting to order at 1:08 p.m.

A motion was made by Winkler, seconded by Triplett, that this Ordinance be
recommended for approval.
Brian Davis, Planning and Design Services, gave a presentation on the
Planning Commission's recommendation.
Council Member Hollander expressed support for the proposal and asked the
committee members for their support since the request was simply to bring the
property into compliance with its current use.
Chair Person Flood stated there was a binding element to prohibit certain land
uses which Brian Davis confirmed.
Council Member Hollander added the mayor of Brownsboro Village was the
only person in attendance at the neighborhood meeting which Brian Davis
confirmed.
Committee Member Triplett asked how the property was out of compliance.
Brian Davis replied it was currently operating as a non-conforming use for a
dentist office but the owner wanted to ensure other types of office uses were
possible if the property is sold.
The motion carried by the following vote and the Ordinance was sent to Old
Business:
District 9 Council Member Hollander had a vote on this zoning case and voted
YES.
Yes: 5- Flood, Reed, Triplett, Winkler, and Engel
