The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 7- Blake, Proffitt, Brown, Jarboe, Kirchdorfer, Peterson, and Butler Absent: 3- White, Turner, and Tomes A motion was made by Vice Chair Proffitt, seconded by Commissioner Kirchdorfer, to approve the proposed amendments to the Development Review Process section of the Land Development Code.
