A motion was made by Commissioner White, seconded by Commissioner Turner to APPROVE Waiver #1 Tract 1 from LDC 10.2 to waive the required 25 foot LBA , plantins and screening along the Fountains Condo Council property line; Waiver #2 Tract 2 from LDC 10.2 to reduce the required 25 foot LBA along the Fountains Condo Council property line for a 10 foot LBA and allow encroachments into the 10 foot LBA; and Waiver #3 for Tract 2 from LDC 10.2 to reduce the required 8 foot screen along the Fountains Condo Council property line to a 6 foot screen.
