White that the February 18, 2016 Planning Commission minutes be approved.

A motion was made by Commissioner Brown, seconded by Commissioner

Commission meeting. The motion carried unanimously.

A motion was made by Commissioner Jarboe, seconded by Commissioner
Tomes that Case No. 9-36-96 BE, is in violation of the binding element. The
appellant, Daniel Nelson and his attorney Paul Curry will meet with Mike
Wilcher on the property. Mr. Wilcher will then report back to the Planning
Commission in 2 weeks for a progress report and plan. A fine will be imposed
if not in compliance by June 2, 2016. The motion carried unanimously.

approved. The motion carried unanimously.
