Jurisdiction: Louisville Metro Council District: 22 - Robin Engel Case Manager: Brian Davis, AICP, Planning Supervisor CONTINUED TO THE APRIL 7, 2016 PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING A motion was made by Commissioner Brown, seconded by Commissioner White that Case No. 15SUBDIV1022 be continued to the April 7, 2017 Planning Commission meeting. The motion carried unanimously. The appellant, Daniel Nelson and his attorney Paul Curry will meet with Mike Wilcher on the property. Mr. Wilcher will then report back to the Planning Commission in 2 weeks for a progress report and plan. A fine will be imposed if not in compliance by June 2, 2016. The motion carried unanimously. Representative: Milestone Design Group; Bardenwerper Talbott & Roberts PLLC Jurisdiction: St. Matthews Council District: 26 - Brent Ackerson Case Manager: Christopher Brown, Planner II A motion was made by Commissioner Brown, seconded by Commissioner Turner, that Case No. 15ZONE1010, the change in zoning from R-6/OR-3 to C-2, waiver from Article 12.D.1.a of the LDC to eliminate the required LBA adjacent to the R-6 zoning and Hubbards Ln. ROW, waiver from Article 12.E of the LDC to eliminate the required ILAs and the Detailed District Development Plan, be approved. The motion carried unanimously.
