The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 8- White, Brown, Blake, Kirchdorfer, Tomes, Jarboe, Peterson, and Howard Absent: 2- Lewis, and Turner A motion was made by Commissioner Brown, seconded by Commissioner Tomes, to recommend to the Louisville Metro Council that the proposed text amendments as listed in the staff report, excluding the addition of the live/work land use within the Neighborhood General zoning district within the TNZD, be approved.
