The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 6- Lewis, Brown, Kirchdorfer, Howard, Smith, and Jarboe Absent: 2- Turner, and Peterson Abstain: 1- Tomes On a motion by Commissioner Brown, seconded by Commissioner Howard, the Louisville Metro Planning Commission does hereby APPROVE the requested Variances, Waiver from Chapter 10, Detailed District Development Plan and Binding Elements with changes as discussed at today's hearing.
