The motion carried unanimously. Yes: 10 - Lewis, Brown, Turner, Kirchdorfer, Tomes, Peterson, Howard, Smith, Jarboe, and Carlson Absent: 1- Blake A motion was made by Commissioner Howard, seconded by Commissioner Turner, that Case No. 16ZONE1035, a variance to permit a maximum building height of 45 feet instead of the required 35 feet, be approved. The motion carried unanimously.
