Approval Of Minutes

Approval of the minutes of the January 31, 2017 Planning Commission Night Hearing held at
6:00 p.m. at Springdale Community Church.
A motion was made by Commissioner Carlson, seconded by Vice Chair Lewis,
that the January 31, 2017 Night Hearing Minutes be approved. The motion
carried by the following vote:
Yes: 2- Carlson, and Jarboe
Absent: 5- Brown, Howard, Smith, Peterson, and Tomes
Abstain: 3- Gazaway, Ferguson, and Lewis

Ferguson, that the March 2, 2017 Planning Commission Minutes be approved.

A motion was made by Commissioner Carlson, seconded by Vice Chair Lewis,

carried unanimously.

A motion was made by Commissioner Carlson, seconded by Commissioner
Tomes, that Case No. 16ZONE1069, a Revised Detailed District Development
Plan, Waiver 1 to waive the required 5 foot wide sidewalk along the Bardstown
Rd. property line, Waiver 2, to permit a utility easement to overlap a vehicular
use area landscape buffer area by more than 50% and an amendment and
addition to the binding elements, be approved. The motion carried
unanimously.

Suburban Marketplace Corridor be recommended, to Metro Council, for
approval. The motion carried unanimously.

A motion was made by Vice Chair Lewis, seconded by Commissioner
Gazaway, that Case No. 16ZONE1070, a change in zoning from R-4 Residential
to C-2 Commercial be recommended, to Metro Council, for approval. The
motion carried unanimously.

Waiver 1 to reduce the minimum parking requirement and Waiver 2 to permit
the accessory structure to exceed the scale of adjacent residential structures,
be approved. The motion carried unanimously.
