take place after May 1, 2017 to allow the Pleasure Ridge Park Fire Department
time to conduct any necessary inspections. The motion carried by the

landscape buffer area along the Northwestern property line abutting an R-4
zoning district, and (4) the Detailed District Development Plan be APPROVED.
