Yes: 9- Brown, Howard, Smith, Carlson, Ferguson, Peterson, Lindsey, Lewis, and Jarboe Absent: 1- Tomes A motion was made by Commissioner Brown, seconded by Commissioner Lindsey, that Case No. 17ZONE1029 - the following Variances be approved: Article 5, section 5.2.C.2.c to allow an encroachment of 19 feet for proposed building addition and 2 feet for proposed parking into 25 foot steet side yard setback at 704 Breckenridge Ln.; Article 5, section 5.1.2.C.2.b and 5.2.C.2.B to eliminate the side yard for proposed parking spaces across shared property line; Article 5, section 5.2.C.2.d to allow a variable setback of the rear yard for proposed parking and vehicle use areas at 704 Breckenridge Ln.; Article 11 section 11.B.1 to allow a sign within the 25 foot front yard as shown on the development plan. The motion carried unanimously.
