A motion was made by Commissioner Brown, seconded by Commissioner
Carlson, that the November 2, 2017 Planning Commission minutes be
approved. The motion carried by the following vote and the Ordinance was
sent to the Consent Calendar:
Yes: 7- Brown, Howard, Carlson, Peterson, Tomes, Lindsey, and Jarboe
Absent: 1- Lewis
Abstain: 2- Smith, and Ferguson

Chapter 159 of the Louisville Metro Code of Ordinances, titled
Erosion Prevention and Sediment Control Ordinance

A motion was made by Commissioner Howard, seconded by Commissioner
Lindsey, to uphold the Notice of Violation. The motion carried by the following
vote and the Ordinance was sent to the Consent Calendar:
