Any changes/additions/alterations to the use or of any binding element shall be submitted to the Planning Commission and/or Planning Commission designee review and approval; any changes/additions/alterations not so referred shall not be valid; and a Condition of Approval added to the development plan as follows: Landscaping be provided comparable to the landscaping on the abutting properties in the area, be approved.
