freestanding sign to be located in the front yard setback as described on the
development plan, and (3) the waiver of Land Development Code, section
12.D.1.b to omit the 4’ landscape buffer area (LBA) adjacent to the rear alley
be APPROVED. The motion carried by the following vote:
