Chalmers Revocable Trust & Edward Harding, Jr. Applicant: arc - Jason Sams Representative: arc - Jason Sams Jurisdiction: Louisville Metro Council District: 22 - Robin Engel Case Manager: Joel Dock, Planner II A motion was made by Commissioner Brown, seconded by Commissioner Carlson, that this Planning Case be recommended to the Louisville Metro Council for disapproval. The motion failed. Yes: 3- Brown, Howard, and Carlson No: 2- Peterson, and Jarboe Absent: 3- Smith, Ferguson, and Lewis A motion was made by Commissioner Tomes, seconded by Commissioner Peterson, that this Planning Case be recommended to the Louisville Metro Council for approval. The motion failed. Yes: 2- Peterson, and Jarboe No: 3- Brown, Howard, and Carlson Absent: 3- Smith, Ferguson, and Lewis The Planning Commission by general consensus sent this case to the Louisville Metro Council with NO RECOMMENDATION.
