The motion failed. Yes: 2- Peterson, and Jarboe No: 3- Brown, Howard, and Carlson Absent: 3- Smith, Ferguson, and Lewis The Planning Commission by general consensus sent this case to the Louisville Metro Council with NO RECOMMENDATION.
