The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 6- Brown, Carlson, Howard, Smith, Daniels, and Jarboe Absent: 4- Peterson, Robinson, Tomes, and Lewis A motion was made by Commissioner Brown, seconded by Commissioner Carlson, that the Detail District Development Plan and binding elements with an additional binding element to read: The subject property shall only be used for uses allowed in the CR Commercial zoning district unless a change in use to a use allowed in the C-1 Commercial zoning district is approved by both the Louisville Planning Commission and the Louisville Metro Council. Notice of any proposed change shall be given to the parties who received notice of the public hearing on September 20, 2018. This binding element shall be subject to Standard of Review and notification in the Land Development Code, Section 11.4.7, be approved.
