On a motion by Commissioner Howard, seconded by Commissioner Lewis, the
Minutes from the September 27, 2018 Planning Commission public hearing
were approved. The motion carried by the following vote:
Yes: 4- Tomes, Brown, Howard, and Lewis
Absent: 1- Smith
Abstain: 4- Peterson, Robinson, Daniels, and Carlson
