A motion was made by Commissioner Brown, seconded by Commissioner
Tomes, that the Revised General and Detailed District Development Plan and
binding elements with a revision to binding element 12 and 13 - reference
today's date February 21, 2019 Planning Commission Public Hearing and the
addition of binding element 16 - No M-2 primary uses of the chemical
packaging only in M-1 and adhesive excluding manufacturing of basic
components in M-1 on the subject site shall be allowed and binding element
17 - Any application for amendment to binding elements shall include
notification to all those that spoke at the public hearing as well as the 1st and
2nd tiers be approved. The motion carried by the following vote:
