The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 6- Daniels, Brown, Lewis, Howard, Carlson, and Jarboe Absent: 4- Robinson, Tomes, Peterson, and Smith A motion was made by Commissioner Carlson, seconded by Commissioner Howard, that the District Development Plan and binding elements to include a correction to #4B as follows: Delete the 2nd sentence. It should state, A minor subdivision plat or legal instrument shall be recorded dedicating additional right-of-way to Mellwood Ave. to provide a total of 30 feet from center line. A copy of the recorded instrument shall be submitted to the division of Planning and Design Services prior to obtaining a building permit, be approved.
