A motion was made by Commissioner Peterson, seconded by Commissioner
Robinson, that the requested waiver #3 be recommended to the City of
Jeffersontown for approval. The motion failed due to a tie vote. This waiver
will be sent to the City of Jeffersontown with NO RECOMMENDATION.
