The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 4- Robinson, Peterson, Daniels, and Jarboe No: 2- Brown, and Carlson Absent: 4- Tomes, Smith, Lewis, and Howard Louisville Metro Government Page 3 Planning Commission Action Summary - Final June 6, 2019 A motion was made by Commissioner Peterson, seconded by Commissioner Robinson, that the requested waivers #1 and #2 be recommended to te City of Jeffersontown for approval. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 4- Robinson, Peterson, Daniels, and Jarboe No: 2- Brown, and Carlson Absent: 4- Tomes, Smith, Lewis, and Howard A motion was made by Commissioner Peterson, seconded by Commissioner Robinson, that the requested waiver #3 be recommended to the City of Jeffersontown for approval. The motion failed due to a tie vote. This waiver will be sent to the City of Jeffersontown with NO RECOMMENDATION. Yes: 3- Robinson, Peterson, and Jarboe No: 3- Daniels, Brown, and Carlson Absent: 4- Tomes, Smith, Lewis, and Howard A motion was made by Commissioner Peterson, seconded by Commissioner Robinson, that the requested variances for this Planning Case be approved. The motion failed due to a tie vote.
