McCall Applicant: The Breakers at Prospect, LLC Representative: Sabak, Wilson & Lingo, Inc. Jurisdiction: City of Prospect Council District: 16 - Scott Reed Case Manager: Joel P. Dock, AICP, Planner II A motion was made by Commissioner Brown, seconded by Commissioner Howard that the Major Preliminary Subidvision Plan and conditions of approval be approved with the addition of the following condition: There shall be no signage (other than required street signage) for the Breakers at Prospect at the Innisbrook/Sutherland Farm Rd. entrance at US Hwy. 42 or along any portion of the Sutherland Farm Rd. except within the limits of the approved subdivision. Signage on Sutherland Farm Rd. shall be restricted to two stone pillars (one on each side of the drive) and shall not exceed 10 feet in height.
