Correction 10/17/19 PC Mins Approval to correct the minutes of the October 17, 2019 Planning Commission public hearing. Correction: Case No. 19-LDC-0001. Page 30. A motion was made by Commissioner Brown, seconded by Commissioner Carlson, that the amendments to the October 17, 2019 PC minutes, Case No. 19-LDC-0001, page 30 be approved. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 5- Howard, Brown, Daniels, Carlson, and Jarboe Absent: 2- Peterson, and Mims Abstain: 2- Tomes, and Lewis Business Session 2. 2020 Meeting Calendar A motion was made by Commissioner Howard, seconded by Commissioner Lewis, that the 2020 Meeting Calendar be approved with the following changes: Jan. is a 5 week month so no PC, Planning Commission meeting scheduled for Jan. 2nd.; eliminate July 1st and 2nd and add in July 29th for DRC and July 30th for PC; Derby week eliminated.
