Ave. (19-VARIANCE-0029) and a waiver from 10.2.10 to eliminate the 10 foot
vehicle use area landscape buffer area along the eastern property line in the
area of the detension basin (19-WAIVER-0041) be approved. The motion carried
by the following vote:
