The vote was as follows: YES: Commissioners Brown, Carlson, Daniels, Peterson, Seitz and Lewis ABSENT: Commissioners Mims and Jarboe AUDIO ISSUES: Commissioner Howard A motion by Commissioner Carlson, seconded by Commissioner Peterson that a Waiver from 5.5.1.A.1.b to allow a non-residential structure on a corner lot to have a principal entrance that faces only one abutting street (20-WAIVER-0051) be approved.
