Peterson that a Variance from 5.5.1.A.2 to allow a non-residential structure on
a corner lot to be more than 5’ from the property line (20-VARIANCE-0038) be
approved. The vote was as follows:

A motion by Commissioner Carlson, seconded by Commissioner Peterson that
a Waiver from 5.5.1.A.1.b to allow a non-residential structure on a corner lot to
have a principal entrance that faces only one abutting street (20-WAIVER-0051)
be approved. The vote was as follows:
YES: Commissioners Brown, Carlson, Daniels, Peterson, Seitz and Lewis
