A quorum was established. Rollcall Present: 4- David James (D-6), Kevin Kramer (R-11), James Peden (R-23), and David Yates (D-25) Excused: 1- Madonna Flood (D-24) Marilyn Parker, President Jim King, and Jerry Miller were also present. Pending Legislation 1. O-061-14 AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO COMPLIANCE WITH AND THE ENFORCEMENT OF LOUISVILLE METRO CODE OF ORDINANCES CHAPTER 94 AND THE INSTALLATION OF SMOKE DETECTORS. Sponsors: James Peden (R-23) A motion was made by David Yates, seconded by David James, that this Ordinance be recommended for approval. A motion was made by David James, seconded by Kevin Kramer, that this Ordinance be tabled.
