Therefore, in the absence of Chairperson David Yates and Vice Chairperson James Peden, the Clerk called the meeting to order at 2:38pm. By Voice Vote the Committee Members elected Councilman David James as the Chair Pro-tem. Chair Pro-tem James introduced the members and non-members that were present. A quorum was established. Roll Call Chairperson David Yates arrived at 3:07pm and Vice Chairperson James Peden arrived at 3:01pm. Chair Pro-tem David James relenquished the Chair to Chairperson David Yates at 3:10pm. Mr. Herbert introduced John Michael, Zoning Chief and Clint Harper, Zoning Examiner who joined him on the teleconference.
