Call to Order
Chair Person Yates called the meeting to order at 3:32 p.m. and introduced the
members and non-members that were present. A quorum was established.

A RESOLUTION PURSUANT TO THE CAPITAL AND OPERATING BUDGET
ORDINANCES, APPROVING THE APPROPRIATION TO FUND THE FOLLOWING
NONCOMPETITIVELY NEGOTIATED NEW SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT - (INTERGRAPH
CORPORATION- $1,400,000.00 $700,000.00) (AS AMENDED).

A motion was made by Vice Chair Peden, seconded by Chair Person Yates,
that this Resolution be recommended for approval.
Major Robert Schroeder and Susan Bowling, Louisville Metro Police
Department, spoke to the item.
A motion was made by Vice Chair Peden, seconded by Council Member
Denton, that this Resolution be amended to change the amount to "not to
exceed $700,000". The motion carried by a voice vote.
The motion to recommend for approval carried by a voice vote and the
Resolution as amended was sent to Old Business.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING LOUISVILLE METRO CODE OF ORDINANCES (LMCO)
SECTION 156.057 RELATING TO PUBLIC NUISANCE. (Action Required By: March 2016)
Sponsors:Steve Magre (D-10)
A motion was made by Vice Chair Peden, seconded by Chair Person Yates,
that this Ordinance be recommended for approval.
