A quorum was established. O-293-15 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING LOUISVILLE METRO CODE OF ORDINANCES (LMCO) SECTION 156.057 RELATING TO PUBLIC NUISANCE. (Action Required By: March 2016) Sponsors:Steve Magre (D-10) Attachments: O-293-15 PROPOSED COMM AMEND A motion was made by Vice Chair Peden, seconded by Chair Person Yates, that this Ordinance be untabled. Council Member Magre presented a proposed amendment and suggested creating an informal workgroup consisting of the following people: Patrick Gregory, Greater Louisville Hotel & Lodging Association Riggs Lewis, representing Greater Louisville Hotel & Lodging Association Paul Whitty, Jefferson County Attorney's Office Council Member Steve Magre (D-10) Patrick Gregory, Greater Louisville Hotel & Lodging Association, spoke to the item. A motion was made by Vice Chair Peden, seconded by Council Member James, that this Ordinance be amended by substitution (see attachment). The motion carried by voice vote. A motion was made by Vice Chair Peden, seconded by Chair Person Yates, that this Ordinance be tabled. The motion carried by voice vote and the item was Tabled. 2.
