Call to Order
Chair Person Yates called the meeting to order at 3:03 p.m.
Chair Person Yates introduced the members and non-members that were
present. A quorum was established.

A motion was made by Council Member James, seconded by Vice Chair
Peden, that this Ordinance be untabled.
A motion was made by Vice Chair Peden, seconded by Council Member
James, that this Ordinance be amended by substitution (See attached).
The motion to amend by substitution carried by a voice vote.
A motion was made by Council Member James, seconded by Vice Chair
Peden, that the amendment by substitution be amended to read as follows
under Section 156.057 PUBLIC NUISANCE, (A) (1) (b), following "trafficking in
marijuana,":
"trafficking in synthetic controlled substances under KRS 218A.1430,
trafficking in criminal simulation under KRS 516.108, trafficking/manufacturing
drug paraphernalia pursuant to KRS 218A.500, et seq., of any controlled
substances, or any felony offenses provided under KRS Chapter 218A, murder
pursuant to KRS Chapter 507.020, or assault or related offenses under KRS
Chapter 508."
The motion to amend the amendment by substitution carried by a voice vote.
The motion to recommend for approval carried by the following vote and the
Ordinance as amended was sent to Old Business:
Yes: 4- James, Peden, Yates, and Magre
Excused: 1- Denton
Absent: 1- Green
Adjournment
Without objection the meeting adjourned at 3:40 p.m.
