O-398-16 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 115.451 OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT CODE OF ORDINANCES (LMCO) RELATING TO REMOVAL OF VEHICLES BY PRIVATE TOW OPERATORS; FEE LIMITS. Sponsors:Primary David Yates (D-25) A motion was made by Committee Member Peden, seconded by Chair Person James, that this Ordinance be recommended for approval. President David Yates introduced the item. Major Eric Johnson, and Brian Johns of Mosby Towing spoke to the item. The motion carried by a voice vote. 2. R-162-16 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING METRO GOVERNMENT TO ENDORSE ITS HAZARD MITIGATION PLAN UPDATE. Sponsors:Primary David James (D-6) Attachments: R-162-16 ATTACH Entire HAZARD MITIGATION PLAN UPDATE A motion was made by Committee Member Peden, seconded by Chair Person James, that this Resolution be recommended for approval. Jody Meiman and Jim McKinney, Emergency Management Services/Emergency Management Agency, spoke to the item. Vice Chair Denton requested the proposed mitigation plan, including the executive summary be sent to the Clerk's Office and attached to the Resolution via Granicus. Mr. McKinney agreed to send it to the Clerk. The motion carried by a voice vote and the Resolution was sent to the Consent Calendar.
