Louisville Metro Government Page 1 Public Safety Committee Action Summary - Final March 1, 2017 A motion was made by Committee Member Leet, seconded by Committee Member Sexton Smith, that a Special Public Safety Committee be scheduled to allow Council Members additional time to ask questions regarding the discussion items. The motion carried by a voice vote. Chair Person James stated he will consult with Council Members, Chief Steve Conrad, and Yvette Gentry to determine a date and time for the special committee meeting before the regularly scheduled meeting on March 15, 2017. 2.
