Council Member Hamilton spoke to the item. Lonita Baker, Jefferson County Attorney's Office, spoke to the item and explained amendments that would be proposed. A motion was made by Vice Chair Peden, seconded by Committee Member Green, that this Ordinance be amended by: - Adding "and/or human trafficking" after "prostitution" in proposed MCO § 156.057(A)(2)(a) on Page 2. - Replacing "third" with "fifth" on Line 5 of proposed MCO § 156.057(C)(3)(a) on Page 5. - Adding "licensed" before "boarding and lodging houses" on Line 5 of proposed MCO § 156.057(C)(3)(b)(i) on Page 6. - Renaming the heading of Column One to "1-4", Column Two to "5", Column Three to "6", Column Four to "7", and Column 5 to "8" in the second box of Appendix A - Adding "and Order to Vacate" after "$2000" under Column Five in the second box of Appendix A - Deleting Column 6 in the second box of Appendix A The motion to amend carried by a voice vote.
