Committee Member Leet spoke to the item. Without objection, Committee Members Green, Sexton Smith and Chair Person James were added as Co-sponsors. As a result, citizens signed up to speak prior to the meeting. Not all speakers were able to speak due to time constraints on the Committee meeting. (See list of possible speakers attached.)
