Chair Person James called the meeting to order at 3:31 p.m.

A motion was made by Committee Member Green, seconded by Committee
Member Sexton Smith, that this Ordinance be recommended for approval.
Committee Member Leet spoke to the item.
Without objection, Committee Members Green, Sexton Smith and Chair Person
James were added as Co-sponsors.
The motion carried by the following vote and the Ordinance was sent to the
Consent Calendar:

Chair Person James called the following people to the podium to speak:

Prior to the meeting, Chair Person James announced to the public that a
possible opportunity to speak at this Committee meeting would take place. As
a result, citizens signed up to speak prior to the meeting. Not all speakers
were able to speak due to time constraints on the Committee meeting. (See
list of possible speakers attached.)
Adjournment
Without objection, Chair Person James adjourned the meeting at 4:29 p.m.
*NOTE: Items sent to the Consent Calendar or Old Business will be heard
before the full Council at the Metro Council Meeting on July 27, 2017.
