A quorum was established. Council Member Hollander spoke to the item. A motion was made by Committee Member Leet, seconded by Committee Member Sexton Smith, that this Ordinance be amended by substitution (see attached document titled 'O-441-17 PROPOSED CABS 120617 Protection for the Homeless'). The motion to amend by substitution carried by a voice vote. Louisville Metro Government Page 2 Public Safety Committee Action Summary - Final December 6, 2017 A motion was made by Committee Member Leet, seconded by Vice Chair Peden, that this amended Ordinance be amended by adding the following at the end of the 'PERSONAL ITEMS' definition: "...to include, but not limited to, identification documents, birth certificates, and other personal documents and effects." The motion to amend carried by a voice vote. A motion was made by Committee Member Denton, seconded by Vice Chair Peden, that this amended Ordinance be tabled.
