Chair Person Green called the meeting to order at 3:33 p.m.
Roll Call

members present. A quorum was established.

arrived at 4:03 p.m.

A motion was made by Committee Member Hamilton, seconded by Committee
Member Sexton Smith, that this amended Ordinance be untabled. The motion
carried without objection.
Council Member Hollander spoke to the item.
A motion was made by Committee Member Sexton Smith, seconded by
Committee Member Hamilton, that this amended Ordinance be amended by
substitution with the attached document titled 'O-441-17 PROPOSED CABS
013118 Protection for the Homeless'. The motion to amend by substitution
carried by a voice vote.
