Committee Member Hamilton read the Resolution into the record. At the request of Vice Chair Peden, Committee Member Hamilton gave approval for the remaining twenty-three Council Members to be added as co-sponsors. The motion carried by a voice vote and the Resolution was sent to Old Business at the request of the sponsor. 2.
