Call to Order
Chair Person Green called the meeting to order at 3:34 p.m.
Roll Call
Chair Person Green introduced the committee members and non-committee
members present. A quorum was established.
Committee Member Flood arrived at 3:35 p.m., Vice Chair Peden arrived at
3:35 p.m., Committee Member Denton arrived at 3:36 p.m., and Committee
Member Leet arrived at 3:43 p.m. Vice Chair Peden left at 4:29 p.m.

A motion was made by Vice Chair Peden, seconded by Committee Member
Sexton Smith, that this Ordinance be recommended for approval.
Rashaad Abdur-Rahman, Office for Safe and Healthy Neighborhoods, spoke to
the item.
Following the vote, Committee Member Hamilton was added as a co-sponsor
without objection from the primary sponsor.
The motion carried by the following vote and the Ordinance was sent to the
Consent Calendar:
