Call to Order
Vice Chair Peden called the meeting to order at 3:32 p.m.
Roll Call
Vice Chair Peden introduced the committee members and non-committee
members present. A quorum was established.
Committee Member Hamilton arrived at 3:36 p.m. and left at 3:50 p.m. Chair
Person Green arrived at 3:46 p.m. Committee Member Denton left at 3:54 p.m.
and returned at 3:59 p.m.

A motion was made by Vice Chair Peden, seconded by Committee Member
Sexton Smith, that this Ordinance be recommended for approval.

FROM THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE FOR THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
ENFORCEMENT PROGRAM TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF
CODES AND REGULATIONS.

The motion carried by a voice vote and the Resolution was sent to the Consent
Calendar.
