A quorum was established. A motion was made by Committee Member Fox, seconded by Vice Chair Peden, that this amended Ordinance be untabled. The motion carried without objection. A motion was made by Vice Chair Peden, seconded by Committee Member Piagentini, that this amended Ordinance be amended by inserting a new Subsection 91.023(D)(3) as follows: "Any person or entity who sells, exchanges or transfers ownership of any animal in good-faith reliance on registrant information or lack of registrant information on the Animal Abuse Offender Registry shall not be subject to penalty under this section." The motion to amend carried by a voice vote. The motion to recommend for approval carried by the following vote and the amended Ordinance was sent to Old Business: Yes: 5- Green, Sexton Smith, Purvis, Fox, and Piagentini No: 1- Peden Present: 1- Flood Adjournment Without objection, Chair Person Green adjourned the meeting at 4:34 p.m. *NOTE: Items sent to the Consent Calendar or Old Business will be heard before the full Council at the Metro Council Meeting on April 11, 2019.
