PRIORITY (AS AMENDED).

A motion was made by Committee Member Sexton Smith, seconded by Chair
Person Green, that this Ordinance be recommended for approval.
Council Member Coan spoke to the item.
The motion carried by the following vote and the Ordinance was sent to Old
Business:

No: 1- Fox
Excused: 3- Peden, Piagentini, and Flood
Adjournment
Without objection, Chair Person Green adjourned the meeting at 4:17 p.m.
